A charming boutique hotel with attentive service. The garden rooms provided a lovely setting, spacious enough for comfort, and the hot shower was a treat! Breakfast on the rooftop was delightful, featuring a wonderful variety.

The rooftop view was very nice. The clean, spacious rooms had good beds and a lovely patio. We enjoyed the unique breakfast options with a twist each day.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but one lukewarm shower and a too-limited breakfast selection ruined it. my room had no closet space and was indeed smaller then expected. the staff could've at least offered a welcome gift or something for my troubles, but alas, it seems they don’t care for special guests like me.

The location is superb, a mere half block from Santa Catalina Monastery. The rooftop breakfast was delightful, featuring local breads, made-to-order eggs, and fresh juices. I loved the spacious room and the clean bathrooms. However, reaching the rooftop involved climbing several flights of stairs, which was quite taxing when feeling under the weather. The bed firmness might not suit everyone, as I found mine a bit stiff, but others might prefer it. The staff offered excellent service, even preparing a to-go breakfast when our departure was early. Overall, a great stay but could improve on bed comfort and accessibility to breakfast areas.

Utilize the large backyard for relaxation. it's a perfect spot to unwind after long walks exploring Arequipa.

i had a wonderful stay at las torres de ugarte. the king room was clean and spacious, making our family feel comfortable. the location is just a short walk from the main square, perfect for exploring. the standout service was their early breakfast to go, which was greatly appreciated!

We had an incredible time at the hotel! The staff was top-notch, helping us with everything we needed. My son loved the cooking activity where we learned to whip up delicious Peruvian dishes. The rooftop views during breakfast were perfect too.

For dads, it would be great if they had more places to store clothes in the rooms.
